We understand that this time of year can get chaotic with all the planning and keeping up with personal lives during the holidays. We are a local campaign who are run by volunteers. All of us are working diligently to schedule our local campaign in between our own work and family schedules too.
We get loads of emails and phone calls every day during this time of year and are not always able to get back to you as promptly as we would like. Please be patient with us as we schedule for more volunteers to assist you. If you would like to assist to help make this season run smoother, we would be most happy to hear from you.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to respond. The closer it gets to Christmas the more calls we field.
There is no need to sign up multiple times to receive toys or call more than once. We are getting every request and when the pick up dates are available, you will be contacted. However, if you do not receive a confirmation email or phone call with 5 business days, then please try again. Please check your spam box to make sure you didn't miss an email. You can help by adding our email address to your contact list so your server doesn't filter it as spam.
